Ms. He majored in Translation for her undergraduate degree and after moving to the US, she pursued a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in Massachusetts. Before joining BES, Ms. He worked at a full Chinese immersion school in Minnesota, where she taught 6th graders for two years. Believing that language immersion unlocks endless possibilities for children and promotes global citizenship, she is excited for her second year as a BES dual language teacher.

Mrs. Hutchins has lived in St. George for 30 years and sent 9 of her children through the WCSD school system. She is teaching 4th grade for her 6th year here at Bloomington. She also taught for one year in 2nd grade as well.
